Rubi Rose

Rubi Rose Benton was born on the 2nd of October 1997 in Lexington, Kentucky, where she was also raised by Nardos Ghebrelul her mother, an Eritrean immigrant dentist raised in Ethiopia, and John Benton, her father who is a lawyer of Japanese, African American and European descent. The father of her mother was adopted. Scarlette is an older sibling and Coral is the younger sister. When she was a young girl she was baptized an Orthodox Christian. [better source needed] She spent a year in Geneva, Switzerland. After her junior year in high school, she relocated to Atlanta. Brookwood High School was her high school located in Snellville. She was a track athlete. She majored in political sciences at Georgia State University. She grew up with Prince, Michael Jackson, Biggie, Marvin Gaye and Chaka Khan. Megan Thee Stallion's Nicki Minaj, and Nicki Cardi B are some of her main influences. Rose was the first to be famous as the main model of the Migos music video for "Bad and Boujee" the hip-hop group. Rose started appearing on Twitch streams with DJ Akademiks who is a Jamaican-born East Coast Hip Hop commentator. Rose started her career in music in September of 2018, when she remixed "On Top" the hit song from Playboi Cari. In the year 2019, she gained traction in 2019 with her hit single "Big Mouth". Rose appeared in American rapper Cardi B's music video for her hit single "WAP" that was released on 7 August the 7th of August, 2020. A&R Chris Turner signed Rose to LA Reid's record company Hitco Entertainment in 2019. Rubi is also famous for her high-profile romances.
